Commitment
Accessibility Statement
We want BumpTribe to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Our commitment
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across BumpTribe, and to keep accessibility in mind as we build new features. Accessible design also makes the service clearer and calmer for everyone.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and clear document structure.
- Label all form inputs and provide helpful error messages.
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences where we use animation.
- Design layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens.
Known limitations
We’re always improving, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. If you find a barrier, please tell us — it helps us prioritise. [A formal accessibility audit and any known-issues list are to be completed before launch — placeholder.]
Getting help or reporting a problem
If you have trouble using any part of BumpTribe, or want information in a different format, contact us at hello@bumptribe.co and we’ll do our best to help and to fix the issue.
Feedback and next steps
We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-off. We welcome your feedback, and we review accessibility as part of building new features. You can also read more about BumpTribe on our About page.
