1. Who we are and what BumpTribe is

BumpTribe is a free pregnancy and parenting platform offering trackers, calculators, timers, and educational guides. It is provided for general information and support only.

2. Not medical advice

BumpTribe is educational only and is not a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace your midwife, doctor, or other healthcare provider. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or calculate here. Our calculators (such as due-date and ovulation estimates) are approximations and can be wrong. If anything worries you about your health or your baby’s, contact your provider, and in an emergency call your local emergency number (999 in the UK, 911 in the US). Do not use BumpTribe for contraception or to prevent pregnancy.

3. Eligibility and age

BumpTribe is intended for adults and is not for children under 13. You must be at least 13 (and old enough to give valid consent in your country) to create an account. 4. Your account

• Keep your login details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

5. Acceptable use

• Use BumpTribe unlawfully or to harm others.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or break our security.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others’ rights.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your data. By using BumpTribe you acknowledge those policies.

8. Availability and changes

BumpTribe is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence). 10. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Profile & settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
