Our commitment
BumpTribe does not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health data for cross-context behavioural advertising. The control below is offered as belt-and-braces so you can record your preference regardless.
Your rights, depending on your state
Residents of states such as California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others may have some or all of these rights:
- Know / access — what personal information we hold and how we use it.
- Delete — request deletion of your personal information.
- Correct — fix inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out — of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising (we don’t do these, but you can still opt out).
- Limit use of sensitive information — we already limit health data to providing the service.
- Non-discrimination — we won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Reproductive and health information is also covered by our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (for example, under Washington’s My Health My Data Act).
How to exercise your rights
- Access, download, correct, and delete — self-serve in Profile & settings.
- Do Not Sell or Share — use the control below. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
- Authorised agents and other requests — [process and verification steps to be finalised by counsel — placeholder].
